Students of the Chinese language course of the Confucius Institute at the University of Banja Luka, which is held at Vuk S.tefanovic Karadzic Primary School, participated in the formal event of this school dedicated to the marking of the patron saint's day Sveti Sava.
In their performance, the students conducted a conversation in Chinese language and showed how much one can learn in this course in only one year. They also shared with the guests what their classes with teacher Wu Kun look like and introduced some customs from China to them. They finished their performance by wishing everyone a happy patron saint's day.
The Chinese language course, organized by the Confucius Institute at the University of Banja Luka, has been held in this school for a year now and it is free of charge for all the pupils of the school interested in studying Chinese and Chinese culture.
The course is held by the Chinese professor at the Confucius Institute twice a week, аnd due to the fact that many other pupils of this school are also interested in studying Chinese, another course for the beginners will be organized and start soon.
