On the occasion of the International Women's Day on 8 March 2020, the Confucius Institute at the University of Banja Luka organized a Chinese tea ceremony in its Dao Garden for children from Anglia Banja Luka Kindergarten and their moms, grandmothers, aunts ...
The Dao Garden, which was built in line with the Chinese philosophy of simple living in harmony with nature, was opened last September on the terrace of the Faculty of Political Sciences, where the Confucius Institute has its premises, to serve the purpose of Confucius Institute students and students at the University of Banja Luka who wish to learn more about the culture, traditions and customs of China.
Whenever the weather is fine, the Confucius Institute organizes various activities in its Dao Garden where, by appointment, children and adults can learn more about the cultural values of the people of China, such as Chinese paper-cutting art, Chinese kung fu martial arts or taiji, or traditional Chinese tea ceremony.
