Promotion of the “Banja Luka” Publication

On 25 March 2025, the Confucius Institute of the University of Banja Luka organised the promotion of "Banja Luka", a publication authored by Prof. Ljubiša Preradović, PhD, and Prof. Miroslav Malinović, PhD.

At the event, which took place in the Council Hall of the Banski Dvor Cultural Centre, one of the reviewers, Prof. Ljiljana Stević, PhD, emphasised the importance of creating such a book, primarily for attracting tourists from the People's Republic of China. The authors of the publication reflected on and praised the long-standing cooperation with the Confucius Institute on different projects, stressing that a total of 75 people had worked on this publication.

The Rector of the University of Banja Luka, Prof. Radoslav Gajanin, PhD, and numerous guests from the academic community and cultural life attended the event.

The publication is jointly issued by the University of Banja Luka and the Association of International Scholars (AIS). As a trilingual guide in Chinese, English and Esperanto, it provides essential information about the city, featuring both textual and graphic representations of significant landmarks, public spaces, and natural surroundings.
