On 29 May 2023, a round table on Chinese culture, history and philosophy was held by the first-year students of the Sinology study programme, who presented their exam papers and gave a sinological view on these topics. The round table was organized as part of the promotion and marking of the Day of the Faculty of Philology at the University of Banja Luka, and was held in the Library of the Faculty of Philology at the University of Banja Luka.
Students gave presentations on various topics, ranging from mythology, philosophy, history to modern economy and international relations. All these topics are part of the Introduction to Sinology course held at the first year of their studies, which will later also be published in the proceedings.
The Department of Sinology and the Library of the Faculty of Philology are organizers of the round table, which was attended by vice-rectors, deans, professors and students of other study programmes at the University of Banja Luka, who were interested in learning more about China and the different topics related to it.
